Welcome to Your Adenium! We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as the plant will be uprooted and prepared for shipping. In such cases, the order amount will not be refunded. To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact us via WhatsApp +91 9804332840 or email  youradenium@gmail.com with your Order ID or phone number. Once confirmed, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed, although we will do our best to complete it as soon as possible.

• Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-return or refund policy for all our products.*

Exception: If you receive a damaged plant, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if an unboxing video is provided as proof. The video must clearly show the damage and be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Please note:

• • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • The video must be unedited and submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

• To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide detailed product descriptions and images. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

   

  **We do not offer returns or refunds on live plants, as they are perishable items. All plants are carefully uprooted and packed before shipping to ensure they reach you in good condition.

  However, if you receive a damaged plant, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and take appropriate action. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process any complaints regarding damaged plants.
