Payments & Refunds

Q12: What is your return/refund policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds on live plants, as they are perishable items. All plants are carefully uprooted and packed before shipping to ensure they reach you in good condition.

However, if you receive a damaged plant, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and take appropriate action. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process any complaints regarding damaged plants.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as the plant will be uprooted and prepared for shipping. In such cases, the order amount will not be refunded.

To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID or phone number. Once confirmed, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed, although we will do our best to complete it as soon as possible.
