General
1.1. YourAdenium, having its registered office at Kolkata, West Bengal, India (“we”, “us” or “our”), manages and operates the website youradenium.com (“Website”), which facilitates the sale and purchase of live plants and gardening-related products.
1.2. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) should be read along with our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, and other applicable policies listed on our Website.
1.3. By using our Website and/or initiating a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree, we advise you not to proceed with any transaction on our platform. We may update this Policy from time to time; hence, we recommend reviewing it regularly.
Delivery Timeline
2.1. Once you place an order, our team carefully prepares your plant(s) for shipment to ensure they are in perfect condition before transit.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location. Over all process take around 20 business days sometimes depends on location.
2.2. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Details
3.1. We ship all across India through trusted and reliable third-party logistics partners (“Logistics Partners”).
3.2. Each plant is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
3.3. We reserve the right to determine and update the list of areas considered non-serviceable at our sole discretion. Orders from such areas may be canceled and fully refunded.
3.4. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your package through the respective courier partner’s tracking portal.
Information Accuracy & Liability
4.1. You must ensure that your shipping and contact details (name, address, pin code, phone number, email, landmarks) are accurate and complete when placing your order.
4.2. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you. The entire liability in such cases shall rest with you.
4.3. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. Failure to receive the order may lead to cancellation, and we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost before processing any refunds.

5.1. We reserve the right to charge or waive shipping fees based on:

Delivery location
Chosen payment method
5.2. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition (verified and approved by us).
Order Tracking
6.1. Upon dispatch, a unique Tracking ID will be shared with you.
6.2. You can use the tracking number on our Website or the courier partner’s website/app to monitor the shipment.
6.3. While we coordinate closely with our delivery partners to update real-time tracking, we are not liable for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates due to technical issues or data lag.
Delivery Personnel Disclaimer
7.1. We work only with #rd party courier/logistics teams that value professionalism, integrity, and courteous behavior.
7.2. However, we are not responsible for:
Misconduct by delivery staff
Delays
Package mishandling
Delivery to the wrong address
Any offensive behavior by logistics staff
7.3. Any such disputes must be handled directly by you and the logistics partner involved. We are not liable to mediate or resolve disputes with delivery agents.
Returns and Reverse Pickup
8.1. Return requests are subject to approval and handled as per our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
8.2. Upon acceptance of a return, our reverse logistics partner will coordinate with you for product pickup.
